Issac Theophilos will hold a presentation at the third meeting by The Sussex Registered Managers Network (Mental Health) on Thursday, 13th February 2020. The theme of this meeting is ‘Achieving Outstanding in Mental Health Care Homes’.
Issac’s presentation is entitled: ‘How to achieve Outstanding CQC rating’.
Network Chair Azhar Juri, would like to invite registered managers from all over Sussex to join and be part of the discussion.
They say:
“Being a Care Manager is a really challenging, yet highly rewarding role. Managers of mental health care homes often work in isolation, and not really aware of other similar care homes in the area. Having supportive and collaborative relationships with other similar managers in the local area will only help in our work.
Our network meetings have covered the themes of co-production, evidence-based care/nursing and next we are looking at How to Achieve Outstanding CQC rating in MH care homes.
Do come along to our third meeting when we will discuss how to take this network further and what we can do in 2020.”
Topics for the network meeting include CQC changes, funding issues, training matters and local challenges.
The theme for the next meeting is Achieving Outstanding CQC rating, with presentation led by CQC inspector, live video presentation on Motivational Interviewing Training Project by Agnes Munday, a presentation on How to Achieve Outstanding by Issac Theopilos.
