Hill Brow Residential Care Home

Hill Brow is a CQC Outstanding rated residential care home located in Farnham, Surrey, and is a purpose-built 30-bed family owned and run care home. It is owned by the Lee family who has cared for the elderly for over 45 years in Farnham and Fleet. We provide 24-hour outstanding care for residents living with long-term medical conditions such as diabetes, strokes, respiratory conditions and Parkinson’s. Hill Brow can also care for residents with short term memory loss and mild dementia. We work in partnership with a local doctor’s practice and the community nursing team, to help reduce hospital admissions.

Our ethos at Hill Brow is to care for our residents as if they were our own family. Friendly, trained carers contribute towards a homely and happy atmosphere in which residents are supported in their own choices and lifestyle. Our staff turnover is remarkably low and we never use agency staff, so they really get to know and understand our residents care needs and importantly what makes them happy. Our staff want to protect the residents so our staff are all vaccinated for Covid.

There is a full 7-day a week activities programme, offering many opportunities to socialise and we also support residents to pursue their own interests and hobbies. We welcome residents’ families and friends to visit and be part of Hill Brow Residential Care Home. Outside there are beautifully landscaped gardens with flat paths and a large fish pond for residents to enjoy.

All of Hill Brows delicious food is freshly prepared with meal times being an enjoyable and social activity. Our residents help to choose the homes menu’s, activities and social programme. Hill Brow is a happy home, where the resident’s happiness and welfare always come first.
